实习内容:
一转眼,两个月的实习工作已经结束了。回首这两个月来,真的是酸甜苦辣什么滋味都有。而正是这些滋味见证了自己一点点的进步。
从刚到这个班时学生们热烈的掌声来欢迎我的时刻开始,心里的甜的,他们都是一群很活泼的孩子,虽然还不太懂事,但是如果老师细心知道他们也会认真听。少数学生还会成天跟在我后面问题,回想起这样的情景,心里真的是很开心的。当然也有不愉快的时候,有的学生对于上课讲话这个问题屡教不改,明明答应得好好的上课不讲话了,却总是拿不出实际行动来。当然,这只是个别学生,还有自习课学生完全没有自习概念,好像学校安排了仔细课就是让他们玩,让他们轻松的,只不过是把玩的地方放在了教室而已。也许他们刚从小学升上来还体会不到,我觉得在这一点上我也做得不够好,没有能改变他们的这种习惯。
在担任班主任的这一个多月星期里,我做得最多最强调的就是课堂纪律这一问题。因为我觉得纪律是做好一切的根本,没有良好的纪律,不要说学到知识,坐在教室里也会让人心情不愉快。虽然有了一定的效果,但是班里的纪律还是不尽如人意。因为以前他们实在是太散漫了,我记得去听第一堂课的时候,教室里简直跟市场一样吵,上课和下课根本没什么区别,依然会有同学擅自离开坐位到别的同学那里去讲话,打闹,做什么的都有,那时又没有麦,我坐在后面根本就听不到老师在讲什么,可以想像那是怎么样的一种学习环境。不要说自觉性不强的同学,即使是自觉性稍微强一点的也绝对没有那么强的定力来好好听一堂课。老师有时候也不想管,只是顾着把自己的课上完就好了。坐在前面的同学还能学到一些东西,可是做在后面的就完全学不到老师所讲授的知识。我想,这也是导致两极分化严重的一个最主要的因素。所以我真的是很有压力,怕我去上课的时候也是这种我无法接受的情景。不过还好后来有了麦,我也特别强调纪律这个问题,所以课堂纪律有了一点点改善,不过还是很不让人满意的。而现在,班主任又做了一个令我想不到的决定,她把所有调皮,爱讲课打闹的学生全都放到后面去了,把比较听话的一部分放在前面。也许这是希望好的同学更好,但也绝对会导致本来有点差的同学会变得更差,几乎就是要放弃他们了,所以我觉得很痛心。毕竟在后面还是有些想好好学的学生。而现在这样的环境,我想,对于初一的小孩来说是绝对没有那种“出淤泥而不染”的定力的。

二、背诵仿写法
背诵仿写法是一种非常有效的外语学习方法,其能够有效地提高外语学习者的写作效果,已广泛应用于高校英语写作教学之中。
1.输入假说理论
20世纪80年代,语言学家Krashen提出了著名的输入假说理论。他认为,语言的习得需要通过语言的输入来实现。 保证输入语言的相关性,同时输入语言应当是都被理解的。第二,保证输入语言的数量。当学生已经具有大量输入语言之后,再进行作文仿写,他们将会非常快速地理解写作技巧和方法。学生通过背诵的形式可以很好地积累语言素材,从而为学好英语打下坚实的基础。
2.输出假说理论
Swain认为,在语言学习中应该强调语言的输出,注重说与写。通过说与写来进行语言的输出,能够加强学习者对语言的应用,并在应用过程中对自身语句的结构做出调整,保证所用语句的准确性。当然,学生只会说却写不出某句话时,会自然地去查找相关句子,然后进行记忆。在此过程中,学生对英语知识的学习会加深,对其中的各种技巧运用也会逐渐熟练,从而使得本身的英语“说写”能力都得到极大提升。这实质上也是一种背诵仿写的方式,通过背诵输入,然后灵活地加以运用,将其转化之后再输出,实现学以致用。
三、写长法
写长法是一种以写作来提高学生的外语能力的教学方式。这种方式的运用需要根据学生学习阶段的不同,设置不同的写作长度,随着学习的逐渐加深,写作的量也逐渐地增加,让学生在写作的过程中提高自己的英语综合能力,让学生能够灵活地运用外语知识。此种方法的运用关键在于写作任务的设计,要求设计的写作任务一定要和学生相契合,成功吸引学生的兴趣。
四、合作学习法
合作学习法也是当前教学中非常常见的一种教学方法,其主要是通过组织班级内的所有学生共同参与讨论学习。在合作学习之中,最为重要的是学生与学生之间应当加强交流和互动,在交流过程中深入探讨写作内容、写作的题材以及写作的技巧等。通过相互之间的交流和互动,能从其他学生身上学习到有用的知识和信息,弥补自身学习中的不足,从而让自己的英语写作能力得到提升。同时,英语合作学习法可加强班级中学生的交流互动,使得高校英语大班教学模式中的矛盾得到缓解,让学生的合作意识得到增强,而且在此过程中有助于学生学习信心的增强以及主动性的提升。
五、结语
综上所述,交互式教学法、背诵仿写法、写长法以及合作学习法这四种英语作文教学方法在英语作文教学中能够发挥出较大的作用,让当前的高校英语写作教学更加完善。当然,在教学中教师也应当根据实际情况,对这些教学方法不断做出调整,采用最为合适的方式来进行教学,从而提高学生的英语写作能力,提高学生的英语综合水平。
